Is MotiVation DesTiny compatible? | July 29, 2008

If the destiny exists, then why bother trying? If the firm that will hire me, and all money I will earn in life, were already predetermined and set, then why should I bother working harder? Does belief in destiny ruin motivation?

Human race was given many senses and strengths, including the willpower, which makes us responsible for our actions. Our will is limited, yet quite real and working. There are limited things we can do, from good to evil. Therefore the responsibility.

Time is subjective, it’s a comparison of events. There’s no objective evidence time even exists according to Einstein’s theory of relativity.

The fact that He knows everything already, since He created time and space anyway, kinda gives me support in difficult times. The fact that I’m responsible for motivation, since I was given willpower, kinda makes me keep moving.
