The inner opponent

I caught myself proving something to my brother, to my boss, and other people in my mind. The inner opponenet is the person/people you plan to argue with. Or you plan to prove something to them. It’s one more useless habit that takes your motivation away.

Why should I argue or prove something to people in the first place (especially in my mind)? This is one more step towards a scattered brain, daydreaming and wasted time. Although I experience difficulties restructuring my thinking and becoming a normal focused person, I plan to completely stop arguing in my mind.
