RSS Reader, software, browser plugin or web-based | March 5, 2008

The Opera RSS plugin doesn’t allow checking new headlines on demand (otherwise it’s perfect). So I switched to RSS Reader software. Which checks for new headlines and also stores them conveniently on PC. Web based readers like Bloglines or Google Reader are only accessible online, which is a disadvantage for people with limited connection.

Overall, with a dial-up connection like mine, it’s best to have a software installed, or use a browser plugin reader.
